Terms of Service

1. Service
The service is a SaaS platform that helps users connect their own affiliate accounts, AI services, and social media channels to create, manage, schedule, and publish content.
2. Accounts and authorization
Users may connect only accounts and channels they are authorized to use and are responsible for protecting login information and connection permissions. Unauthorized use of another party's assets or permissions is prohibited.
3. Content and policy compliance
Users are responsible for final review of the accuracy and legality of content they create, edit, or publish, including affiliate disclosures and connected-platform policies. The service may not be used for illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
4. Service operation
Some functionality may be limited or interrupted for security, maintenance, external-platform outages, or policy changes. We seek to provide stable operation and notice of material changes where practicable.
5. Termination and restrictions
Users may disconnect integrations or close their account. Access may be restricted for terms violations, security risks, or legal obligations.
6. Responsibility
External affiliates, AI services, and social platforms control their own availability, policies, and outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for indirect losses or actions of external platforms.
