1. Purposes
We process information needed for member authentication, account security, user-requested content creation, management, scheduling and publishing, connection-status display, support, and service protection.
2. Information processed
Information may include member details such as name and email, encrypted connection credentials and tokens, identifiers for user-authorized Pages and profiles, user content and publishing schedules or status, and security and operational logs.
3. Meta Platform Data
Users connect and authorize their own Meta accounts. Platform Data is used only to authenticate authorized accounts, identify permitted Pages or profiles, publish or schedule user-requested content, and display publication status. We do not sell Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising or marketing.
4. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Users may disconnect integrations or request deletion, and information without a legal retention requirement is securely deleted.
5. Providers and processing
Information necessary to perform user-requested functions may be sent to connected AI, affiliate, hosting, and social media providers. We do not sell personal information or Platform Data.
6. Safeguards and rights
We apply reasonable safeguards including access control, user-level data separation, transport protection, and credential encryption. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their information.
